Qigong for Staying Young

Shoshanna's new book and DVD Qigong for Staying Young

This is part of a worldwide celebration, including more than 700 coordinated events in 52 countries and 46 U.S. cities.  This international wave begins in Australia, sweeps across Europe, rolls through the Americas and completes its cycle on the shores of Hawaii.

Let us continue this year to gather together, as Tai Chi teachers and practitioners throughout New Jersey, to share knowledge and network.  Make this an opportunity to meet others with like interests, to help each other to grow and develop our abilities for the mutual benefit of us all, and to promote Tai Chi and Qigong.

It will be a day to share our hearts and souls, to be empowered, and to feel the energy created when people come together to create self healing and global peace through the practice of the gentle, life.
